The Office of the Registrar of Chinese General Hospital Colleges is tasked to keep records of files and documents from simple to the most complicated ones which hold confidential information of students, transferees, returnees and undergraduates, and is expected to keep its credibility and reliability in the handling of such. Moreover, the registrar staff render direct interaction with students, parents, faculty members, other offices, school administrators, different schools, colleges and universities, and government offices, and even international institutions on its day- to-day operations with the objective of providing quality service to students, maintain good work relations with other office personnel, and promote competitive spirit in carrying out assigned tasks.

Inspired by the CGHC's Core Values, Vision, and Mission, the Office of the Registrar is committed to consistently implement policies affecting student registration and enrolment, transfer and graduation, as well as to promote effective and systematic management of student records which includes the preparation, maintenance, and disposition of student records. Through the utilization of the solid foundation of policies, rules, and regulations, the whole Registrar Team is guided in meeting and delivering consistent and accurate job expectations and accordance with the existing policies that would fit in the changing and evolving environment of the College and the educational setting in the Philippines, rooted in the implementing guidelines, standards, and policies set by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS), and Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
